Lavinaventura Vins is an independent small-scale project, built on coherence and responsibility. Working the land is not only a productive activity; it is a way to keep it alive and prevent it from being abandoned.
I work leased vineyards in Alt Penedès with the intention that they continue to have meaning over time. I produce limited quantities, prioritising balance over volume. Growth is not an objective in itself; long-term stability, sustained quality and the continuity of the landscape are.
The project is structured simply: few references, clear decisions and production aligned with what each vintage can offer. I do not seek to expand the range, but to deepen the character and identity of each wine.
I want those who drink these wines to drink more than a crafted product: to drink originality, naturalness and honesty. That there is health in the glass and truth at the source.
Lavinaventura does not aspire to be big. It aspires to endure.
