The vineyard is the true starting point of everything I do. Without it, there is no project and no wine.
I work leased plots in Alt Penedès with the intention of improving their balance year after year. Organic farming is the foundation, but biodynamics is the driving force behind the soil work: activating life, strengthening the vine and restoring energy to the land.
I maintain cover crops, apply biodynamic preparations and observe natural cycles as part of the process. It is not about following a rigid method, but about understanding the vineyard as a living organism where every intervention has a long-term impact.
Pruning, canopy management and harvest decisions follow this logic of continuity. I do not seek to push production, but to favour the longevity of the vines, so they can live beyond me and continue to have meaning over time.
The vineyard is not only the origin. It is legacy and responsibility.
