Manual harvest of Chenin Blanc. Destemmed. Maceration with the skins for 5 days. Afterwards, the Muscat of Alexandria is harvested, macerated with the skins for one day and pressed. Co-fermentation of the two musts in stainless steel until bottling.
Unfiltered. Without clarifying No added sulfites.
