Two pét-nats. One from Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. One from Xarel·lo. Both hand-harvested and aged one year in bottle. On disgorging day, both wineries meet and top up with the other’s pét-nat.
Unfiltered. Unfined. No added sulfites.
