A collection dedicated to three wines made using the ancestral method, where the second fermentation takes place naturally inside the bottle, with minimal intervention and nothing added.

Bubble Dragon, Parillós and Peti qui Peti each express a different interpretation of sparkling natural wine: a vibrant red pét-nat, a fresh and mineral Parellada, and an elegant, gastronomic Chenin Blanc.

Three wines connected by the same philosophy: letting time, native yeasts and the grapes speak for themselves.

Only 10 collections have been created to celebrate the launch of the new online shop.
